What's new? Week of June 17, 2024

New features :

• A new production model is available in the web studio: the 2/3 - 1/3 .

It coexists very well with a speaker clipping and a slide or video. ⤵️

• Another change in the realization templates is that they are now all compatible with media, i.e. videos, slides and screen sharing. You no longer have to choose based on the presence or absence of one of these elements. More practical!
• We've also taken the opportunity to develop a function which, in the majority of cases, avoids this kind of unfortunate realization where thespeaker "hides" the slide 😱:

From now on, if your speakers has already activated a background of any kind, it will automatically switch to clipping so as not to hide the slide. That's better, isn't it? ⤵️

• We've developed a tool to test your network configuration and identify any changes you need to ask your IT department to make. Go to the Voilà developer site: https: //developer.voila.live/autotests

  

We've also fixed a few bugs:

• Drag and drop in the web studio is back after a few hours' absence.
• The Voilà Live application benefits from new backgrounds.
• We've improved signaling in the event of a problem with video upload.
• The synth with the names of speakers is available even in full screen mode.
• We've also improved link sharing in the access section to make it more practical.
