What's new? Week of May 13, 2024

New features :

• We've simplified the before and after live shows:
  • The video trailer is now available directly from Conductor, in the "Before Live" section. Here you can also choose a background image. If you're over halfway through the session and stop the live, the video or image at the end of the live will be displayed on its own.
  • The same logic applies after the live event, with a bonus. Activities can continue after the live event. Very practical for the satisfaction questionnaire, for example.
  • Finally, you can now test activities without them appearing in the video player accessible to all. A logical exception: pre- and post-live activities.

• You can now test your work with speakers demos. You are offered this option when you add a speaker. You can use them in scenes too, and edit their names if required.

• If necessary, you can restart the Web Studio by going to Studio supervision.

• Studio Pro has also changed. Previewing is now done before the live event via the preview link only.

• Also in Studio Pro, it is now possible to destroy and recreate an ingestion key in the event of a problem via the reset function:

We've also fixed a few bugs:

• The Voilà Live application now works with speakers demo.
• There were some bugs with banners in the Web Studio. Fixed now!
• We've rearranged the session selector in the website customizer to make the order more logical.
