Why do statistics APIs always return empty lists?

There are several reasons why statistics APIs return an empty list:

  • You used your organizer account to take the test. Personal data from organizer accounts is not returned to the statistics APIs.
  • You've used a participant access link but not a private navigation tab. In fact, if you are already logged in with your organizer account, the latter is used first.
  • You used a participant access link but did not authorize the collection of personal data at the time of participant registration.
  • You have used a PRO session, but not an RTMP video stream during your test. We therefore recommend that you use a WebStudio session instead, so that you don't have to broadcast RTMP streams during the test.
  • You haven't logged on for at least one minute.
  • You didn't click on 'Start live' before your test.
  • You have created a session whose start and end dates do not correspond to your test.
