I want to connect HubSpot and Voilà

HubSpot is an online solution to control, manage and organize your marketing, prospecting and sales.

Connect HubSpot to Voilà Increases the power of your live streams tenfold:

• Use the HubSpot contact form and manage invitations with Voilà
• Use your HubSpot contact lists and inject them into Voilà in order to manage invitations
• Use HubSpot to send invitations directly to your live event.

Set up HubSpot with Voilà

1. Connect the two services by clicking here :

   

2. Login to your HubSpot account using the login button below (don't worry, it will open in a new window so you can keep these instructions to hand):

   

3. Log in to your HubSpot account:

   

4. Agree to connect the two applications by clicking on "Connect" :

   

5. Select your HubSpot account: If you only have one HubSpot account, this step will be skipped automatically:

   

Tadaaaa, your HubSpot account is now connected to your HubSpot account. Voilà.

Create automation rules

Now that your two accounts are linked, you can create automation rules:

• Use the HubSpot contact form and manage invitations within Voilà
• Use your HubSpot contact lists and inject them into Voilà in order to manage invitations
• Use HubSpot to send live invitations directly from your HubSpot contacts.

Go to Workflow in HubSpot.

1. Create a new workflow
2. Define a trigger: in this case, the contact form. You can use an existing form or create a new one.

3. Create an action by clicking Voilà available at the end of the list of all available actions

   

4. Copy/paste your program ID, isolating the following part from its address:

   

   It should go something like this:

   

5. Click on this button to publish your workflow:

   

6. Then test your form with a private tab.

   The email address you entered during your test can be found in the "Participants" section of your program's back office within your back office Voilà.

7. Follow this procedure to send them invitation e-mails

Use your HubSpot contact lists and inject them into Voilà in order to manage invitations

Do you already have multiple contacts within your CRM? Don't need the HubSpot signup form? Automatically inject your HubSpot contact lists into Voilà.

1. Define a trigger event linked to your contact lists, such as :

   

2. Test your criteria and apply the filter.

3. Create a "Register attendee" action available at the end of the list of all available actions.

   

4. Copy/paste your program ID, isolating the following part from its address:

5. Click on this button to publish your workflow:

   

   The email address you entered during your test can be found in the "Participants" section of the back office of your event within your back office Voilà.

6. Follow this procedure to send them the invitation e-mails.

Use HubSpot to send invitations directly without going through Voilà

You can also use HubSpot to manage invitation campaigns.

1. Follow the steps in the previous paragraph

2. Add the "Create property value" action and enter the following information:

   

3. In the "Property to copy "invitationLink" field, follow the steps below:

   → Select "Create a new contact propriety".

   → Then select "Contact activity" and give the property a name. Here it's Voilà_evenementEMISSION.

   → Then select "Single line text".

   → Uncheck 'Show in forms, pop-up forms, bots.."

   → Then select the property you have just created, as shown here:

   

   
   

4. Finally, create a last action: "Send a mail" and choose the mail template you wish to send.

   To do this:

   → Create a new mail template, including the property created earlier using the "personalize" button:

   

Finally, publish your workflow.

Uninstall HubSpot

From the Backoffice Voilà :

1. Go to the "Integration" section.

2. Click on "Remove integration with HubSpot" :

   

From the HubSpot marketplace :

1. Find the application Voilà (towards the end, with applications listed in alphabetical order)

   

2. Click on "Uninstall":
