Subtitles don't appear on the MP4 file I downloaded

When you download your MP4 file, subtitles are not embedded. They can only be accessed when replay is uploaded directly to Voilà.

If you download the video, you'll get the raw file, without the real-time transcription or subtitles.

You can request transcriptions from your velotypist if you wish to integrate them directly into the video file in SRT format.
