There's a lock on my participants' information

Make sure that the nominative mode is activated in the settings of your livestream.

If the participant decides not to share his/her personal information by not ticking the data sharing box, a padlock will appear in place of the personal information.

If he/she ticks the box, this means that he/she agrees to share his/her data, and you will have his/her personal information in the statistics.
